simple Fresnel shader for maya

use samplerInfo node's
facing ratio
> ramp's
vCoord
(by middle mouse drag simplerInfo to ramp, and select "Other" to open Connection Editor!)
and use mentalray render...
and better output format like 16bits Tiff or float EXR
