I've just signed up to Twitter. With it I was thinking of setting up a global celebrity spotting group. So:

CONTACT ME when you spot a celebrity. And I'll pass it on to everyone else.
The more people we have signed up, the more chance you'll get to know when a celebrity is in your area.
